Cat Bird Pictures was founded in 2007 and is helmed by filmmaker/ video designer Kaz Phillips. The company, based in Brooklyn, NY makes strange/beautiful films and documentaries, and creates video and livefeed installations for theatrical productions and other spectacles. Kaz has worked on projects in Europe, West Africa, and across the United States.
